What counts as a mention?

A public post that contains one of your keywords and, if you set a brand context, that the relevance filter judges to be about your brand. Posts it drops are kept out of your feed and do not count.

How does the relevance filter work?

Every matched post is checked by a fast decision model. When it is confident, it decides; when it is unsure, a larger language model reads the post before anything is delivered. A post neither can judge is held and checked again rather than sent to you.

Does it understand Arabic?

Yes. Keywords match Arabic spelling variants (أ/إ/ا, ة/ه and attached prefixes like و and ال), and each mention carries its sentiment and Arabic dialect: Gulf, Egyptian, Levantine, Maghrebi or MSA.

What happens when I reach my plan limit?

The feed pauses until your plan renews. There are no overage charges. Upgrade from the dashboard at any time; the difference is prorated.

Do monitors use my API credits?

No. Monitoring is priced by plan. API credits are separate and stay for your own calls to the data API.

How do I create a monitor?

With one API call, the TypeScript SDK or your AI agent over MCP (create_monitor). Your first monitor starts the free trial. The dashboard shows your plan, usage and every monitor.

Can I cancel?

Yes, any time from the dashboard. Plans are monthly and your monitors keep running until the end of the period you paid for.
