What an agent actually needs

A tool it can call without you writing glue: an MCP server or an Agent Skill.
Responses it can read without platform-specific instructions. Fewer shapes means fewer tokens and fewer wrong answers.
Billing that doesn’t blow up when the agent loops. Prepaid credits with a hard ceiling beat a monthly plan with overages.

My pick

For an agent that answers questions across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and X, I’d use crawlfeed, because the agent learns one shape. If your agent lives on one platform, ScrapeCreators is cheaper. If it needs platforms crawlfeed doesn’t list, SocialCrawl.

What I’d do today

Add one MCP server to Claude or Cursor and ask it about a real account you care about.
Watch how many tokens the agent spends reading the response.
