Questions

How much should I charge for an Instagram sponsorship?

Start from reach: your average views per post or Reel, divided by 1,000, times a CPM (price per 1,000 views) that fits your niche. Pick “Instagram post or Reel” above and set the CPM range to what brands in your market pay.

How do TikTok sponsorship rates work?

The same way: average views per video ÷ 1,000 × CPM. TikTok views swing more from video to video, so use the median of your recent videos rather than one viral hit.

Where do the default CPMs come from?

They are starting assumptions, not market data. Rates vary widely by niche, audience location and deliverables, so set the range to what you see in your market.

Why price by views instead of followers?

Views measure the audience a post actually reaches. Follower counts include inactive accounts and do not reflect reach on algorithmic feeds.
